 If there is one indication that the once-posh Orthodox club in Amman’s Abdoun has slipped down the social pecking order a touch, it has to be this beauty found parked in its parking lot. This mid-80s Opel Kadette has all the perfect components of a Carfartaly: fluorescent yellow paint job, black alloy rims, tiny racing steering wheel, sheep-coated dashboard and of course a Goldcoast cigarette pack. The HKS sticker is enough to make the performance accessories maker to suspend any supplies to Jordan and the Middle East. If a group of designers got together to put a blueprint for a Carfartaly this would be it.
